I've had South State Plumbing out for a few jobs now and I've been extremely happy with the work they've done. I've had all of our hose bibs replaced, I've had a hot water heater replaced and I even had an emergency pipe repair performed. Each time, Bryan arrived when he said he would, and got his work done quickly. As a bonus that seems to be a rarity these days, Bryan showed honesty and integrity instead of jumping at a chance for more money by educating me about how things work instead of charging me for a fix that would have been unnecessary. Highly recommend this company!! Best Buy came out to deliver my new washer and dryer, but they couldn’t install the washer because the hot water valve was stuck. I was really hoping to get everything hooked up the same day, and Bryan was able to get someone out quickly on short notice. Jorge replaced both valves, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and had everything fixed and ready to go in no time. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and their quick response saved me from going into another weekend without a washing machine!! As a bonus, my dog usually has an opinion on strangers and she didn’t even bark at Jorge, so that’s how I know he’s good people. 🤣 I’ll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.
